Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers and legally authorized institutions and organizations within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, to request its deletion when the reasons for processing cease, and to object to a result against you arising from the exclusively automated analysis of the processed data.
Application
You can submit your requests by filling out the relevant application form and sending it to our company address by post, by secure electronic signature, or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest and, as a rule, free of charge.
